Serviced Offices

  • What is your longest length of lease?
  • The longest you are ever tied in to is your first 3 months, thereafter, the notice period is 2 months.
  • What is included in my monthly rental fee?
  • Rent, rates, electricity, heat, daily cleaning, furniture and carpets, security, buildings insurance, telephone system, CAT 5 cabling, Comms room, kitchen facilities, photocopiers, boardroom facility, reception & telephone answering, complimentary refreshments, newspaper service, showers (Belfast only), and disabled access (Belfast only).
  • What is your price per sq ft?
  • We charge per desk in each office, not by sq ft. Please contact a member of our team in Belfast or Dublin to discuss pricing options
  • Can I rent Meeting rooms / Boardrooms?
  • Yes you can rent meeting rooms on an hourly, half day or daily basis
  • Do you have car parking?
  • In Dublin we have basement spaces for clients, and in our Belfast centre, we have spaces within 1 minute's walking distance.
  • What hours is the reception manned between?
  • 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of normal working hours you can access the building 24/7.
  • Can you provide a telephone answering service?
  • Yes, calls can be answered by our receptionist or you can choose to use your direct dial number
  • Will we have a dedicated phone line?
  • Yes, all desks are provided with individual direct dial lines.
  • Do I have access to meeting rooms and hot desking?
  • Yes, our meeting rooms and hot desks are available on an as and when needed basis. Rental is by the hour, half day or daily rates.

Meeting Rooms

  • Is there a minimum booking period?
  • Minimum booking is 1 hour for Meeting rooms, and 2 hours for Video Conferencing.
  • Can I rent the meeting rooms in the evenings / out of normal working hours?
  • Yes, please contact our team in Belfast or Dublin to discuss pricing details.
  • Do you provide on site catering?
  • Yes, we can provide a full catering selection from a light working lunch of sandwiches and fruit platters, to a hot buffet.
  • What audio visual equipment do you provide?
  • Projectors, screens, and wireless internet are all included in our meeting room prices. We can also provide flipcharts should you require them.
  • Can the room be set up in different layouts - eg. Boardroom, theatre, classroom?
  • Some of our rooms can you be set up to your varying requirements, and hold different numbers of candidates depending on your needs. Please view our meeting rooms in Dublin or Belfast to see the layouts and numbers each room can hold.

Virtual Offices

  • Who answers my calls?
  • A dedicated receptionist will answer your calls in a professional, timely manner, in your company's name between 9am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday. Outside of office hours you can remotely access your voicemail.
  • How are the calls forwarded on to me?
  • We forward the calls to the number you specify - a mobile or landline, or we take messages should you not be available, and pass them on to you via e-mail or phone, depending what suits you best.
  • How much do you charge per month?
  • For details on pricing, please contact our team in Belfast or Dublin
  • Is there a charge for each message/phone call taken?
  • No, all call forwarding, and message taking is included in the monthly fee.
  • Is the mailing address also included in the price?
  • Yes, the mailing address is also included in the price, we hold the mail for you to pick up, or forward it on to a specified address as per your instruction, for a small additional monthly fee.

Viewing Facility

  • How many suites do you have?
  • Our Dublin viewing facility has 3 suites, whilst Belfast currently has 1 suite. We also have several non-viewed rooms available for rental.
  • How many clients can the client room hold?
  • Our Dublin suites can hold, 8, 12 or up to 16 clients, respectively. Our Belfast suite can hold up to 8 clients comfortably.
  • Do you provide catering?
  • Yes, we can provide a full catering service, and refreshments - please let us know in advance.
  • Can you record the groups on DVD/audio?
  • We can record the groups on either DVD or audio only, or both, should you require it.
  • What audio visual equipment is in the room?
  • Each Focus suite avails of overhead projectors, screens, wireless internet, surround sound, plasma TVs (Dublin only), and sound proofed viewing mirrors.
  • Do the rooms have Air Con?
  • Our Dublin suites are all fully air conditioned.
  • Is a hostess available?
  • A full hostess service is available in both our Belfast & Dublin suites, and is included in your booking fee.
  • Do you recruit?
  • We can provide you with a list of recruiters who we would recommend.
  • Can you provide a moderator?
  • Yes, we can provide you with a moderator on request.
  • Is your facility suitable for Web Usability Testing?
  • Yes, both our Dublin & Belfast suites are suitable for Web usability testing.
  • Do you have hall testing facilities?
  • Yes, our Dublin suites are suitable for hall testing.
  • Do you have kitchen facilities for testing?
  • Our Dublin suites have fully fitted kitchen facilities which are suitable for testing.
  • Do you have parking?
  • Our Dublin suites have basement parking for observers of evening groups - we ask that you please let us know in advance of numbers. Our Belfast suites have ample on-street parking which is free of charge after 6pm or a limited number of spaces which are available on request.
